Remote Scrum Master (Agile Coach)

About the role
Join BairesDev as a Remote Scrum Master and lead Agile teams delivering high‑impact technology solutions for global clients. You will coach, unblock, and guide team members throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Coach the team on Scrum practices and help them adopt Agile methodology.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine, estimate, and prioritize backlog items.
- Monitor project health using Agile metrics and generate status reports for clients.
- Identify and resolve impediments, ensuring smooth progress.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Valid US B1‑B2 visa or ESTA.
- Experience in IT or software development environments is a plus.
