Remote Scrum Master (Agile Coach)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join its fully remote, globally distributed teams. You will guide Agile teams, remove impediments, and ensure high‑quality delivery for clients such as Google and innovative Silicon Valley startups.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) across distributed teams.
• Coach team members on Scrum practices and help them adopt Agile principles.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine, estimate, and prioritize backlog items.
• Track progress using Agile metrics and generate clear status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve blockers, ensuring smooth workflow throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid US visa (B1‑B2 or ESTA) for client engagements.
• Experience in IT or software development environments is a plus.
