QA Analyst – Evening Schedule

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join WPP Production’s evening shift. The analyst will own the quality strategy for our web applications, ensuring reliable, high‑quality experiences for users across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive test plans, procedures and strategies for complex software.
• Execute functional, integration and end‑to‑end testing, maintaining traceability to requirements in Jira.
• Coordinate automated and unit testing efforts with developers.
• Perform load and performance testing, define objectives and report key metrics.
• Conduct compatibility and email rendering tests across various clients and devices, validating HTML/CSS using tools such as Litmus.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle in Jira, including triage, severity classification, verification and dashboard reporting.
• Define and oversee release quality gates, collaborating with product and development teams on acceptance criteria and deployment preparation.
• Prepare periodic quality reports with metrics and continuous‑improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in web application quality assurance.
• Proven ability to execute functional, integration and end‑to‑end testing.
• Experience with load and performance testing.
• Familiarity with email rendering and cross‑client compatibility testing.
