QA Analyst – Corporate Travel

About the role

The QA Analyst will support the corporate travel division by overseeing the end‑to‑end quality of travel processes and related automation. You will work closely with operations leadership, service‑desk teams and training groups to ensure smooth, efficient travel services for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage User Support Service Desk requests, reviewing second‑level tickets and coordinating technician assignments.
• Monitor GDS requirements, technical issues, and quality‑control systems, including agent tools and scripts.
• Document requirements, standards and change‑management procedures for automation initiatives.
• Participate in client and product implementations, presenting quality‑control and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Education and Training to roll out enhancements to GDS products and agent tools.
• Test and provide feedback on automation/script programming across all GDS platforms.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to promote a cooperative work environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in travel operations or corporate travel environments.
• Strong understanding of reservation products, corporate travel standards and GDS functionality.
• Critical thinking, high accuracy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
