Purchasing Specialist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to help train AI assistants that support finance teams. You will evaluate AI responses, test complex scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present diverse, real‑world finance problems to test AI reasoning.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and logical consistency.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred (not mandatory).
• Applicants must reside in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Spain, or Uruguay.
