Purchasing Coordinator – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance‑related tasks. You will assess the accuracy and reasoning of AI‑generated answers, design challenging scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses to questions on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Design complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to test model limits.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model refinements.
• Evaluate AI‑generated solutions for correctness and overall performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at a bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD preferred but not mandatory.
