Property Sales Manager – Montevideo

About the role

As a Property Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing all B2B business segments of the hotel, ensuring the hotel meets its revenue targets and coordinating the management of other sales points.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate fluid and timely communication with other hotel management, ensuring alignment with the Area Sales Manager and Regional Business Development Director.
• Visit clients, conduct site inspections, and report activities in the CRM.
• Train teams on portfolio rotation and prospecting new business.
• Negotiate internal and external client agreements for volume sales.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person presentations to regional executives and investor partners.
• Identify potential strategic clients globally.
• Manage weekly and monthly agendas.
• Provide strategic vision to achieve total revenue objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality and tourism, with at least 3 years in commercial roles.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry KPIs and analytical reporting.
• Familiarity with Agency360, Duetto, STR, Lanyon, Cvent and other industry platforms.
• Ability to detect opportunities and contribute to global and regional strategic plans.
• Experience working in high‑performance teams and under pressure.
