Project Specialist

About the role

Altisource is seeking a Project Specialist to join its Granite Risk Management Department in Montevideo. The role supports the mortgage services and real‑estate operations by coordinating funding, inspections, and draw processes while ensuring compliance and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Work across sub‑processes such as funding and inspections to meet deliverable requirements.
• Review inspection results, update proprietary construction management software, and ensure compliance with draw requests.
• Collaborate with underwriting to assess contractor and project viability.
• Generate draw status notifications, monitor service level agreements, and track draw status through internal systems.
• Analyze proposed construction projects, review contractor qualifications, and maintain data integrity.
• Handle telephone and email requests, route them appropriately, and ensure timely customer service.
• Order residential and commercial inspections daily, balance budgets, and revise reports as needed.
