Architectural Project Manager

About the role

/slantis is a technology and architecture company that partners with AEC organizations to deliver cutting‑edge BIM solutions. The role is focused on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations while leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all project activities from initiation to delivery, ensuring schedule and budget compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identify milestones, and allocate resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Serve as primary liaison between client and project team, ensuring clear communication.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal use of financial resources.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
• Supervise quality of work to meet client standards, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Architect for seamless execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and technical development on US construction projects within a BIM environment.
• Advanced or native English proficiency.
• Strong team leadership and development abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction production work and project setup.
• Enthusiastic, quick learner, and effective team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit.
• Proficiency with BIM software such as ArchiCAD.
