Project Manager

About the role

TCS is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise finance initiatives for a leading U.S.-based healthcare provider. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and patient‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise finance initiatives (GL, AP, AR, Treasury).
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Drive governance, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate global teams across IT, finance, and operations.
• Support UAT, release readiness, and PMO standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise or managed services environments.
• Experience supporting large customer engagements, preferably in healthcare.
• Exposure to financial systems programs; SAP Finance experience is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work U.S. time‑zone hours.
