About the role
We are seeking a Remote Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator to support a digital‑first marketing network. The role focuses on accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments across multiple entities while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process a high volume of vendor invoices and payments for several locations.
- Request vendor statements, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to address billing issues promptly.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities, including generating billing reports for stakeholders.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
