Project Manager

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multi‑channel content projects for international clients. You will work within a hybrid model, collaborating with both on‑shore and off‑shore teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Intake and manage projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Collaborate with production and project management teams to follow established processes.
• Simultaneously oversee the workflow of multiple projects.
• Develop cost estimations and maintain detailed project timelines.
• Liaise with on‑shore and off‑shore teams, providing regular status updates to all stakeholders.
• Ensure high‑quality standards are met for all deliverables.

Required profile

• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Experience working with client‑facing teams and collaborating across functions.
• Previous project management experience; agile environment experience is a plus.
• Background in the pharma industry or digital marketing/communication is advantageous.
• Full‑time onsite availability during the first three months (09:30‑19:00).
