About the role

WPP Production is seeking a meticulous Copy Editor to join its Uruguay office and support international clients. You will ensure that all marketing and pharma‑related content meets the highest standards of grammar, style, and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Proofread and correct heavy content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and brand style compliance.
• Create, review, and approve client assets across multiple marketing channels using predefined pharma industry and brand guidelines.
• Maintain overall content quality, edit for correctness, and develop creative briefs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary production teams to deliver assets on tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Understanding of advertising, communication, and business processes.
• Ability to conduct research and read medical/pharma content.
• Strong verbal and written command of English.
• Comfortable working with international clients and under pressure.
• Full‑time onsite availability during the first three months (09:30‑19:00).
• Verified experience in copy editing, proofreading, or related roles.
