Product Support Consultant – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a fluent‑English Product Support Consultant to join its multicultural, fully remote team serving Latin America. You will be the first point of contact for customers using a range of SaaS, software and hardware solutions, helping them resolve technical issues and get the most out of the products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance via phone, email and chat, addressing product‑related inquiries.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including installation, configuration and daily usage.
• Assist customers with software updates, patches and new releases.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, webinars and create user guides and learning resources.
• Handle sensitive customer information securely and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Proven experience in a customer or technical support role.
• Strong understanding of software applications and core technical concepts.
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical information to non‑technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented, problem‑solver with a positive, responsible attitude.
• Personal laptop (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
