Private Banker - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will review AI‑generated answers, test the models with complex real‑world scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve their reasoning and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Use your finance expertise to verify the logic and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Challenge models with edge‑case scenarios to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback that guides each new model version.
• Deliver diverse, complex problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD in a finance‑related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Professional experience in finance, corporate finance, or capital markets.
