Presales Consultant – Pipeline Requisition (CX)

About the role

Oracle is seeking a Principal Sales Consultant to lead presales technical and functional support for pipeline requisition projects within the CX portfolio. You will act as the expert advisor for prospective clients, delivering compelling Oracle presentations and demonstrations that showcase how our solutions address complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and lead presales activities for large or complex sales opportunities.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Mentor less‑experienced Sales Consultants and develop productivity tools and training.
• Create and deliver high‑impact Oracle CX presentations and demos.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on overall architectural solutions.

Required profile

• Career Level IC4 (senior individual contributor) at Oracle.
• Proven experience in presales or technical sales for enterprise solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences.
• Track record of driving large‑scale, high‑value sales engagements.
