Power Platform Developer

About the role

A growing company needs an experienced Power Platform Developer for its Digital Delivery Team. Working closely with stakeholders and Business Services teams, the developer delivers secure, scalable and maintainable solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies, helping to improve client management, enrich internal applications and automate processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and support Power Automate workflows and Canvas Power Apps.
• Lead the design, development and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Azure, SQL Server and third-party systems.
• Develop solutions aligned with best practices and the firm's Centre of Excellence, meeting design and validation criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand requirements and execute designs.
• Conduct peer reviews of code and implementations, and create and maintain deployment pipelines for Power Apps.
• Own build and deployment artifacts and help the team adopt Agile and DevOps.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and advise delivery teams on new systems and technologies.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 5+ years of IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with 2-3 years in Power App Developer roles.
• Proven experience in cross-functional teams using Agile.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and self-motivation skills; able to work independently and manage several priorities.

Required skills

• Model-driven and Canvas apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents.
• Dataverse data modelling, security roles, business rules, relationships and data connectors.
• DevOps practices, source control and automated deployment pipelines.
• Preferred: Dynamics 365 ERP and CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub, PL-400 certification.
