Paid Social Specialist – Remote

About the role

Finch is a fully remote performance marketing agency serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to own day‑to‑day execution of paid social campaigns across multiple accounts, ensuring they are built correctly, continuously tested, and meet clear KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable paid social structures for prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle flows.
• Translate creative briefs into testable ad variants, identify winners, and drive iterative performance improvements.
• Validate pixel, CAPI, and event setups, monitor attribution mismatches, and keep campaign data clean.
• Own pacing and performance health of assigned clients, flag risks, and optimize toward KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Social Lead Specialist and creative/strategy teams to align execution with broader paid social goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on paid social experience, with mandatory expertise in Meta Ads.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in high‑spend environments.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure best practices and full‑funnel logic.
• Experience with pixel/CAPI implementation, event validation, and attribution model management.
• Comfortable running structured creative and audience testing frameworks.
