Paid Media Manager

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a hands‑on Paid Media Manager to lead Google Ads and Local Services Ads strategy for home‑services clients across Latin America. This is a senior, individual‑contributor position focused on both strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Google Ads strategy and execution (search, display, shopping) from account structure to daily optimization.
• Manage and optimize Google Local Services Ads (LSA) profiles, including budget, bids, lead quality, dispute submissions, and compliance.
• Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) to complement Google‑led efforts.
• Design and run rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Monitor budgets and bids in real time, reallocating spend to protect ROAS and cost‑per‑lead.
• Connect ad performance to business outcomes by tracking clicks through to leads and booked jobs.
• Prepare performance reporting for internal and client‑facing review.
• Collaborate with the wider team on offer alignment, landing pages, and lead follow‑up systems.
• Apply home‑services industry knowledge (seasonality, service‑area targeting, call tracking, local competition) to campaign strategy.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on paid search experience with full ownership of strategy.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads (search, display, shopping) and Google Local Services Ads for local service businesses.
• Demonstrated track record of improving ROAS and lowering cost‑per‑lead with measurable results.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
• Based in Latin America.
