CRO Strategist

About the role

Fuelerate is a growth partner for high‑volume Shopify brands. As a CRO Strategist you will own the conversion optimisation strategy across multiple stores, turning data‑driven insights into experiments that directly lift revenue per visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Build and prioritise weekly A/B testing roadmaps based on impact, data and customer research.
• Design, launch and analyse experiments on offers, pricing, bundles, buy boxes, PDPs, landing pages, messaging and navigation.
• Interpret GA4, heatmaps, session recordings and qualitative data to uncover bottlenecks and generate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to move hypotheses through design, development and live testing.
• Lead client communication, run onboarding and strategy calls, and provide clear progress updates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on CRO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of running high‑volume A/B tests that deliver measurable revenue gains.
• Deep familiarity with Shopify and DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on increasing RPV and overall revenue.
• Excellent written and spoken English and confidence presenting to clients.
