Order to Cash Semi Senior Analyst – Montevideo

About the role

Join Syngenta’s Order to Cash team in Montevideo as a Semi‑Senior Analyst. You will support the end‑to‑end cash cycle, handling accounts receivable, month‑end close, collections and credit reviews to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate customer aging reports and provide insightful analysis.
• Communicate payment postings and bank reconciliations with internal teams.
• Perform collection activities, align account applications and reconcile blocked orders.
• Execute month‑end close tasks promptly and accurately.
• Review credit limits and monitor blocked orders.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external controls across all processes.

Required profile

• Degree or advanced student in accountancy or administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or client portfolio management roles.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• SAP (medium proficiency)
