Operativo de Prevención de Pérdidas FT

About the role

The Loss Prevention Operative (FT) ensures that all safety, hygiene and security procedures are strictly followed within the store environment. This position plays a key role in protecting merchandise, controlling waste, and maintaining a safe shopping experience for customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce company‑defined safety and hygiene standards.
• Control products that need to be written off or consumed.
• Supervise the exit of customer merchandise and dispatch operations.
• Conduct daily audits of operational areas and monthly safety/hygiene audits.
• Distribute and manage supplies such as personal protective equipment and waste‑tracking forms.

Required profile

• Completed basic education cycle.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene procedures.
• Full availability for rotating schedules.
• Intermediate proficiency with office tools.
• Previous experience in security roles, especially controlling inbound and outbound merchandise and handling related documentation.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
