Operations Sourcing Analyst

About the role

Eron International is seeking an Operations Sourcing Analyst to support the expansion of its payment ecosystem across Latin America. You will be the bridge between the business, legal, compliance, and partner teams, ensuring smooth onboarding of new banks, PSPs, and digital wallets.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the portfolio of payment methods and partners operating in LatAm.
• Identify, evaluate, and source new payment providers.
• Coordinate contract negotiations and compliance documentation with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Track integration progress, resolve bottlenecks, and keep stakeholders aligned on timelines.
• Analyze features, costs, and market fit of prospective solutions.
• Contribute criteria for integration decisions and gradually assume strategic ownership of the sourcing process.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business or a related field.
• Strong interest in fintech, payments, and digital business development.
• Comfortable handling administrative, legal, and compliance processes.
• Excellent follow‑up and coordination abilities across multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to evaluate options and build product‑oriented insights.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to grow from hands‑on tasks to strategic involvement.
