About the role
ADT Security Services is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Operators to join its Montevideo call centre. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues, answer inquiries and ensure a positive experience with the company’s electronic security solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to satisfy customer needs.
- Handle complaints, claims and inquiries in a calm and professional manner.
- Retain customers who request service cancellations by offering solutions.
- Communicate customer feedback and concerns to internal departments.
Required profile
- Strong conflict‑resolution and problem‑handling abilities.
- Active listening and excellent communication skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a service‑driven attitude.
- Ability to work towards objectives and retain customers.
- Previous experience in a call‑center environment is desirable.
