MediaOcean Analyst – Media Finance & Systems Operations

About the role

The MediaOcean Analyst works at the nexus of media operations, finance, and enterprise technology, ensuring smooth, accurate, and automated financial workflows for a global agency network. Reporting within a shared‑services framework, the analyst serves as the functional expert for MediaOcean platforms while guaranteeing data integrity with core ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end media financial workflows, including billing, invoicing, vendor payment reconciliation, and cash application across multiple brands.
• Configure and optimize MediaOcean software (Prisma, Spectra) to align with global standards and increase processing throughput.
• Monitor and maintain data integration between MediaOcean and Deltek Maconomy ERP, ensuring master‑data consistency and resolving bottlenecks.
• Act as the primary liaison between agency finance teams, shared‑services AP/AR groups, and IT, providing system training and onboarding support for new agencies.
• Drive standardization, reduce manual billing cycles, and implement automated, exception‑based financial controls.

Required profile

• Strong financial mindset with experience in media‑related billing and invoicing processes.
• Deep functional knowledge of MediaOcean platforms (Prisma, Spectra) and ERP integration.
• Proven ability to work in a global shared‑services environment and partner across finance, operations, and technology teams.
