About the role

The Leaders Alliance Marketing Specialist will drive B2B marketing initiatives for Travel Leaders Network's Leaders Alliance communities, where travel advisors connect, share knowledge, and collaborate. This role serves as the bridge between internal teams and travel advisors, ensuring vibrant community engagement and effective marketing execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation, launch, and ongoing optimization of B2B marketing programs for the Leaders Alliance.
• Champion community engagement by managing Facebook groups and fostering advisor interaction.
• Coordinate communications with internal teams and Leaders Alliance members.
• Oversee program enrollment processes and related administrative tasks.
• Contribute to branding initiatives for Travel Leaders Network and its associates.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Account Management, Industry Relations, Technology, Sales, and Creative teams to meet performance and execution goals.
• Assist with additional marketing programs, including brand campaigns and other strategic efforts.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B marketing and community management.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing projects and meet deadlines.
