Marketing Manager

About the role

Cover Company is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the company’s overall marketing strategy and execution. The role bridges digital channels, physical stores, brands, agencies, and partners, turning business objectives into concrete campaigns and ensuring high‑level delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead the company’s marketing plan, integrating e‑commerce, social media, paid media, CRM, influencers and physical stores.
• Coordinate agencies, partners and creative teams, managing campaign calendars, content and product launches.
• Develop and drive influencer and creator strategies.
• Align marketing actions with the various brands that Cover Company works with.
• Create collaborative opportunities with strategic partners.
• Ensure seamless integration between digital campaigns and in‑store experiences.
• Work with Commercial and E‑commerce teams to translate sales, stock and product opportunities into marketing actions.
• Oversee CRM, email marketing and WhatsApp strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data‑driven decisions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, guaranteeing quality, timing and proper execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing in retail, e‑commerce, mass‑consumer, technology or omnichannel businesses.
• Strong commercial mindset and results orientation.
• Excellent organization and project‑management abilities.
• Experience working with agencies, influencers and creative teams.
• Ability to handle multiple brands and campaigns at once.
• Solid understanding of paid media, CRM, content and e‑commerce.
• Analytical capability to measure performance and set priorities.
• High autonomy, initiative and ownership of results.
