Marketing Generalist

About the role

LearnTastic is seeking a versatile Marketing Generalist to support its fast‑growing online education platform. You will work across website updates, email campaigns, analytics, and design, gaining exposure to both tactical execution and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Update and edit website content, images, and layouts in WordPress.
• Build and execute email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automation workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Maintain and enrich lead and campaign data within Salesforce CRM.
• Create marketing collateral such as social graphics, one‑pagers, presentations, and email templates using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design and format PowerPoint decks for sales, leadership, and internal communications.
• Monitor website and campaign performance with Google Analytics and generate regular reports.
• Assist with paid digital campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms, handling basic setup, monitoring, and reporting.
• Support broader marketing activities including content creation, brand consistency, sales enablement, internal communications, and event coordination.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on marketing experience (internships count).
• Proven ability to edit WordPress sites and manage Salesforce/MCAE campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• WordPress (including Elementor or other page‑builder tools).
• Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Microsoft PowerPoint – creating clean, on‑brand decks.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Basic HTML/CSS for email or web tweaks.
