Manufacturing Engineer II

About the role

Integer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support the development and improvement of medical device and niche battery production processes. The role involves applying engineering methods, evaluating existing products, and contributing to moderate‑complexity projects while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply standard engineering techniques and tools to develop and refine manufacturing processes.
• Review procedures and plans before implementation and conduct failure analysis on products, processes, and materials.
• Participate in projects that investigate, document, and implement new product and process technologies of moderate scope.
• Plan, schedule, and execute engineering work for portions of major projects or lead smaller‑scope projects.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems, safety, environmental, security, and FDA regulatory requirements.

• Engineering background with ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate existing specifications and suggest improvements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Familiarity with FDA regulations applicable to medical device manufacturing.
• Experience with failure analysis techniques.
• Understanding of safety, environmental, and security management systems.
