Operario de Producción – Área de Cultivos

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to work in the cultivation area of our plant in Uruguay. The position is on the evening shift (12:30 – 22:00, Monday to Friday) and requires daily commuting to the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Wash and clean material and equipment.
• Wash and prepare work clothing.
• Prepare materials for sterilisation.
• Operate autoclave to sterilise materials.
• Collaborate with specialised operators on sector‑specific tasks.

Required profile

• At least completed 4th year of secondary education with additional training or courses (highly valued).
• Full high‑school diploma is a plus.
• Availability for the evening shift and ability to travel daily to the plant.
• Service‑oriented attitude, attention to detail, focus on tasks, teamwork, and orientation to processes and procedures.
