About the role
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance experts. You will use your knowledge of macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI Assistant models.
Key responsibilities
- Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macroeconomic, corporate finance, and capital‑market topics.
- Test models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning.
- Provide clear, structured feedback that guides model improvements.
- Measure AI performance, track progress, and report on quality metrics.
Required profile
- Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
- Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent professional experience in finance.
