Machine Learning Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy ML models that turn data into actionable business value. The role is fully remote and part of BairesDev’s global team of top‑tier technologists.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models for diverse business applications.
• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists and cross‑functional teams to integrate algorithms and optimise performance.
• Monitor production models, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve accuracy and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in machine learning engineering.
• Document technical processes and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine‑learning algorithms and statistical methods.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with machine‑learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
• Data processing and feature‑engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
