M&A Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI assistant models that support finance teams. You will review AI‑generated answers, test complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Use your finance expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and complex scenarios.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.
• Evaluate AI‑generated solutions for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
