Leisure Booking Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Leisure Booking Coordinator to help clients plan and secure leisure‑related reservations. You will guide customers from the first inquiry through confirmation, ensuring every preference is captured and every detail is accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client preferences and specific requests.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation and related services.
• Assist in coordinating and booking arrangements.
• Review reservation details for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate confirmations, updates and special instructions to clients.
• Handle adjustments, modifications and special requests.
• Maintain organized booking records and client information.
• Follow up for additional information when needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers as required.
• Provide timely, professional client support.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable researching options online and learning new digital platforms.
• Ability to prioritize multiple client requests.
• Reliable, professional and responsive attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or reservations is a plus but not mandatory.
