Lead Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Blend is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join its global AI services team. You will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend components using React.
• Build backend services with Python FastAPI and create RESTful APIs.
• Architect and integrate AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) for reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to gather requirements and implement features end‑to‑end.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and conduct code reviews.
• Optimize performance and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve full‑stack issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in agile, cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration.
