About the role

As a Lead AI Engineer (Machine Learning) you will drive the technical direction and execution of advanced AI initiatives, aligning cutting‑edge models with enterprise goals. You will act as a key technological pillar, mentoring engineering teams while helping stakeholders understand and implement generative and classical machine learning strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI and machine‑learning engineering teams.
• Lead the design, evaluation, and production deployment of scalable generative AI and transformer‑based systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define, refine, and deliver enterprise‑wide AI strategies.
• Establish best practices for model optimization, prompt design, and retrieval‑augmented workflows.
• Architect high‑performance, maintainable code structures to support complex data and model pipelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or a related technical role.
• Proven expertise in AI and Generative AI technologies, including Transformers, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong technical leadership experience, including mentoring team members and aligning stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and delivering AI & GenAI strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
