About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Hygiene Cleaner to join our British‑style kitchen team in Montevideo. You will work weekdays from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, ensuring that all kitchen areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
Maintain hygiene of kitchen surfaces, floors, and workstations.
Inspect and clean major kitchen equipment after use.
Support overall kitchen sanitation in line with food‑service regulations.

Required profile

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work reliably Monday‑Friday on the specified shift.
Willingness to thrive in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

Experience with commercial kitchen cleaning procedures.
Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
