About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Hygiene Cleaner to join our British‑style kitchen team in Montevideo. You will work weekdays from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, ensuring that all kitchen areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
- Maintain hygiene of kitchen surfaces, floors, and workstations.
- Inspect and clean major kitchen equipment after use.
- Support overall kitchen sanitation in line with food‑service regulations.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work reliably Monday‑Friday on the specified shift.
- Willingness to thrive in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience with commercial kitchen cleaning procedures.
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
