Junior Support Developer

About the role

HeyNow is looking for a Junior Support Developer to join its growing team. The role combines software development with client‑facing support, offering a fast‑paced environment where you will help design, build, and maintain high‑complexity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client solutions at the design and planning stages.
• Develop and test high‑complexity features.
• Interact directly with customers to understand and address their needs.
• Document and test all code you produce.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a team mindset.
• Committed, communicative and able to work under pressure while focusing on execution and problem solving.
• Currently enrolled in a tertiary program such as Systems Engineering or Software Analysis.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a development team is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of relational and non‑relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and REST‑API communication.
• Result‑driven, analytical thinker with a passion for learning and service.
