Junior Order to Cash Analyst – North America

About the role

Join Syngenta’s Order to Cash team in Montevideo as a Junior Order to Cash Analyst supporting North America business segments. You will be responsible for cash application, accounts receivable management and month‑end activities while working closely with internal finance and supply‑chain partners.

Key responsibilities

• Apply daily cash receipts – checks, wires, ACH and online payments.
• Maintain AR general‑ledger accounts and register intercompany invoices.
• Collaborate with Credit Management, Accounting, Treasury, and Invoice‑to‑Pay teams.
• Support month‑end closing, reporting and ad‑hoc audit requests.
• Review customer credit limits and monitor blocked sales orders.

Required profile

• Business degree or advanced studies in Accounting/Administration.
• Advanced/bilingual English proficiency.
• Experience in client portfolio or accounts‑receivable management.
• Analytical mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
