About the role

The organization is seeking a senior IT Project Manager to lead and oversee technology projects within the public sector. The role requires a seasoned professional who can translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans, manage project lifecycles, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that serve government objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze stakeholder needs and expectations to define project scope.
• Plan, schedule, and manage the execution of IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in development, deployment, and support.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to align project goals and resources.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, metrics, and performance dashboards.
• Oversee project start‑up activities and ensure proper hand‑over at project close.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field; a master’s degree in project management is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing IT projects in the public sector (or at least 5 years in similar roles).
• Fluent English at C1 level.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of PMBOK‑based project management methodology.
• Proficiency with project management tools and the ability to incorporate AI‑driven techniques in project execution.
