About the role
Talenter is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the development department of a leading Uruguayan company. The role combines technical leadership with business vision, empowering the team and aligning technology initiatives with company goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the software development team.
- Define and execute the technology strategy for the department.
- Make architectural and solution design decisions.
- Plan, prioritize, and monitor project progress.
- Collaborate with other business areas to understand and address their needs.
- Manage relationships with technology providers.
Required profile
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in software development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technology teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with non‑technical stakeholders.
