Investment Strategist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance experts. You will use your knowledge of macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI Assistant models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to questions about macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Test models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each new version of the AI smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and relevance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD in finance, economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or data analysis.
