Investment Operations Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will work remotely, reviewing AI responses, testing complex scenarios, and providing structured feedback to improve model accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and complex financial scenarios.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Bilingual‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred (not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently on a remote schedule.
