Investment Counselor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will review AI‑generated answers, test complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide each new model version.
• Deliver diverse, complex finance problems and assess AI performance for correctness and reliability.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or PhD) preferred but not mandatory.
