Integration Developer – NetSuite Solutions

About the role

The Integration Developer will join the ACS Technical Team, an Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit authority, to design, build, and support high‑volume integrations for strategic customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize technical specifications based on designs from Integration Architects.
• Provide effort estimates and target completion dates.
• Develop, unit‑test, document, and package integration solutions for deployment.
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues in customer environments.
• Mentor junior developers, create practice collateral, and support training initiatives.
• Apply Oracle methodology, document processes, and follow leading practices.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on integration development experience.
• 5+ years of technical consulting experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑directed, able to multitask and lead with minimal supervision.
• Analytical mindset with experience in end‑to‑end business process flows and the software development lifecycle.

Required skills

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations across multiple industries.
• Parallel processing / concurrency management for high‑volume workloads.
• Error management, authentication methods, and data encryption.
• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Oracle Data Transforms (ODT) (desired).
• NetSuite SuiteScript, JavaScript, SuiteCloud development.
• NetSuite SuiteTalk SOAP and REST integrations.
• Performance tuning, technical architecture, release management, Agile Scrum.
• SQL tuning, ODBC/JDBC connectivity.
