HR Specialist – Recruitment, Payroll & Training

About the role

We are seeking an HR Specialist to manage end‑to‑end HR processes for a leading industrial forklift manufacturer. The role supports company growth and helps build a strong organisational culture through recruitment, payroll, employee relations and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment and selection, including talent acquisition planning, CV screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding follow‑up.
• Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments while continuously improving employee benefit programmes.
• Manage labour‑relations processes such as onboarding, probation, promotions, transfers and terminations, maintaining up‑to‑date employee records.
• Design, deliver and optimise training programmes covering technical and soft‑skill development, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support managers in performance evaluation cycles and act as a liaison for external HR vendors and stakeholders.
• Prevent and resolve labour conflicts, promote a healthy work environment and address workplace‑related issues.
• Organise team‑building activities that reinforce company culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in medium or large organisations; international exposure is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with high execution standards.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
