HR Generalist (On Site - Montevideo)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Montevideo office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support daily people operations and help create a healthy work environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and communicate company policies that foster a positive workplace.
• Monitor compensation and benefits plans and ensure accurate time‑keeping records.
• Organise training and development initiatives and lead employee onboarding.
• Address employee requests and grievances promptly while maintaining compliance with labour regulations.
• Maintain electronic and paper employee files and perform occasional receptionist duties.
• Act as the point person for office logistics, including maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, budgeting, errands and coordination.
• Adapt to additional duties outside the core scope as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Minimum two years of experience in HR administrative roles.
• Tech‑savvy with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, self‑starter and team player.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work and manage full‑time, on‑site responsibilities.
• Residency in Montevideo, Uruguay.
