Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, helping to move talent efficiently through internal and external openings.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, maintaining engagement and guiding them through each recruitment stage.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview feedback.
• Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit for both tech and non‑tech roles.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the central point of contact during client interviews, ensuring clear two‑way communication.
• Provide detailed candidate summaries to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
