Head of Sales & Trading – AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance teams. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers, test their reasoning on complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and complex scenarios.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each model version smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness and overall performance.

Required profile

• Experienced finance professional with an MBA or equivalent real‑world experience.
• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency) and detail‑oriented.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
